The VGBN Advisory Board provides the organization with critical feedback on our activities from a broad range of viewpoints. The role of the Advisory Board is to give input on the long-term direction of VGBN (vision and mission) and on the short-term issues like the yearly initiatives. The VGBN Advisory Board is made up of individuals with expertise and experience in the building industry and with an interest in furthering green building in Vermont. The Advisory Board comments occasionally via email on ongoing issues. The Advisory Board convenes two or three times each year; at the VGBN Annual Meeting in January or February; especially at an early spring Board of Directors meeting to review the initiatives and strategic plans that VGBN has decided to focus on for the year; and at our late summer dinner Board of Directors meeting in the Mad River Valley.
